The problem

Plenty of marketing data. Few decisions.

A company’s ad dashboard, CRM, site analytics and sales sheet can all work perfectly on their own. But they cannot see each other. A campaign that looks good in Meta may have driven no sales in the CRM. Nobody spots it because nobody puts the two screens together.

The result is familiar: budget is allocated by habit, poor campaigns run for weeks, and good leads are not called in time. The real loss is not money. It is time.

Plenty of marketing data. Few decisions.

What it does

It brings the data together in one place, automates decisions, and gives you a "what to do today" list every morning.

01

Ad analysis

It reads Meta and Google campaigns hourly. It shows which creative works with which audience and at what cost, line by line.

02

Creative production

It learns from winning ad copy and visuals. Then it creates new variations and puts them into an A/B test.

03

Budget allocation

It pulls budget from campaigns below target and moves it to campaigns that convert. You set the limits. It makes the call.

04

Request scoring

It scores every lead from the site and ads by behaviour, then tells you who to call today.

05

Sales tasks

For a high-scoring lead, it creates a CRM task and adds the relevant campaign and page history.

06

Weekly report

Monday morning, one page: what worked, what stopped, where budget goes this week. Ready for management.

Who is it for

Teams with growing budgets and harder tracking.

E-commerce with growing ads

When you have too many campaigns to track manually. When no one knows which ads actually drive sales.

Marketing teams drowning in separate dashboards

When Meta says one thing, Google another, and the CRM something else. When you spend half the week comparing screens.

Sales teams that respond late to demand

Leads come in but no one calls while they're hot. Gut feel decides who gets called first.

    How it works

    Four steps.

    01

    Connect

Meta, Google, CRM and site analytics connect once. Data is collected on your own server.

    02

    Learn

For the first two weeks, the system only watches. It learns which campaigns truly turn into sales.

    03

    Decide

Budget shifts, creative production and scoring move to automation. You set the limits. Decisions stay within them.

    04

    Report

Each week, you get a written note on what was done and why. You can reverse any decision you do not want.

Decision models run in our own infrastructure on NVIDIA NIM microservices. Customer data stays inside, and cost per request stays predictable. The data layer is PostgreSQL, the real-time queue is Redis, and the services are Go.

    FAQ

What you may want to know before we talk.

Do we hand over full control of our ad accounts?

No. You set the limits: which campaign, budget range, and hours. The system decides only within those limits and explains every decision. You can undo any decision you dislike.

    Where is our data stored?

On your own server. The decision models also run on our infrastructure. We never send customer data to a third-party model provider.

Does it work with our current CRM?

It works with any CRM that supports an integration. We ask which system you use in the first call and include the integration in the quote.

How long until it starts making decisions?

It only watches for the first two weeks. During that time, it learns which campaigns actually drive sales. You can shorten this, but we do not recommend it. A decision without learning is just a guess.

    Can I buy it now?

No, it is still in development. We add you to the early access list. We notify you when it is ready, but we do not promise a date.
