Cross-country pricing
It puts prices for the same barcode across 36 markets side by side. If there is a gap, it shows the percentage.
Cross-Market Product Price Intelligence
A dashboard that gathers price and demand intelligence from product barcodes. See which country a product is rising in, what it sells for by market, and whether the gap is real or caused by mixed variants.
The problem
It is easy to see that a product sells for 40 euros in Germany and 27 in the Netherlands. The hard part is knowing if it is really the same product. Often, it is not. The same barcode can hide a different pack size, colour or older model.
If you miss this gap, what looks like arbitrage is really a mismatch. You buy the product, it arrives, and the box holds something else.

What it shows
It puts prices for the same barcode across 36 markets side by side. If there is a gap, it shows the percentage.
Checks whether records in two countries are really the same product using title similarity and price range. If it looks doubtful, the card turns amber. It will not pass quietly.
A six-period rank chart for the product. Is it rising, fading or did it spike once and fall?
Eight cards: rising and profitable intersections, breakouts, steady climbers, fading products, country flow, category and brand concentration.
Enter purchase price, shipping and commission, then see profit and break-even on the card. Assumptions are saved.
It flags the GPSR basis and required document by category: CE, WEEE, CPNP, EN71. Guidance, not legal advice.
Who is it for
Sellers pricing products without knowing what they sell for in other markets.
Anyone who wants to see at a glance which products are rising and which are fading.
Anyone who needs to see the compliance burden as well as the price difference, without getting stuck on GPSR and document requirements.
Sample run · no real data
✓ Verified match · title similarity 0.96. Difference 31%.
How it works
Market data is read from weekly and monthly archives. Parquet files are queried in place, not copied.
Records for the same barcode across countries are merged and checked by title similarity.
Price spread, order momentum and market depth become one score.
Rate the product, add notes and mark your decision. Export the list as CSV.
Technology
Data sits in DuckDB, while the historical archive stays on the server as 100-week and 24-month Parquet files. The panel queries them in place without downloading, so hundreds of gigabytes run happily on one machine. Access goes through an identity-protected tunnel.

FAQ
Check the match first. The same barcode may hide a different pack size or an older model. The panel tests it against title similarity and price range. If in doubt, it turns the card amber. The difference on an amber card may not be real.
It reads from weekly and monthly archives. The panel shows each record's period. We never display undated figures.
It does not. Our metric is a ranking, not a unit count. We make that clear because treating a rank as a count leads to bad decisions.
It uses the costs you enter. We record the assumptions, so two weeks later you can see which figures shaped your decision.
No. It flags which documents the category may require, such as CE, WEEE, CPNP, EN71. It guides you. The decision is yours and, if needed, your consultant's.
