Danger zone
It alerts you instantly when someone is detected by a press, forklift or marked area.
Real-Time Workplace and Retail Intelligence
A security and operations system that analyses factory and store cameras in real time. Video is processed on the on-site device, not in the cloud: millisecond latency, footage kept inside the facility.
The problem
Most sites have dozens of cameras, and every one records. But recordings are what you check after something happens. An accident, the start of a fire or an unauthorised entry is only noticed if someone is watching. Nobody can watch thirty screens at once.
Sending video to the cloud is not the answer either: bandwidth is expensive, latency is high, and taking employee footage off site creates legal and ethical issues.

What it detects
It alerts you instantly when someone is detected by a press, forklift or marked area.
It detects entry to site without a hard hat, hi-vis vest or goggles. Reports by shift.
It detects a sudden fall and alerts the relevant supervisor within seconds.
It directs staff when checkout queues grow or an area becomes blocked.
It spots smoke movement indoors from video and may warn you before a detector.
When it detects movement outside working hours or entry to a restricted area, it flags the recording and sends an alert.
Who is it for
Sites that track hard hat and vest compliance on paper and only learn of violations after an accident.
When you have dozens of cameras but no one watching them full-time. Recordings only get checked after something happens.
Businesses whose production line is a trade secret or whose contract bans video transfer.
Sample run · no real data
How it works
Keep your existing cameras. Add a Jetson device on site and connect the feed.
Site-specific rules are set: which area is off-limits, which equipment is required, who can enter at what time.
Analysis happens on the device. Raw footage does not leave the facility. Only the event record and alert are sent.
It produces a weekly breach report, zone heat map and shift comparison.
Technology
The video pipeline runs on NVIDIA DeepStream. Multiple camera feeds are processed with GPU acceleration on a single Jetson device. Models are optimised with TensorRT, and the event service is written in Go. Detection keeps working even if the site loses internet.

FAQ
Any IP camera with an RTSP stream works. You do not need to replace it. Detection accuracy drops with very low resolution or ultra-wide-angle cameras. We check this with you before setup.
It does not leave. Processing happens on the on-site device, and recordings stay inside the facility. Only the alert goes out: which camera, what time, and what event.
Yes, we place an edge device on site. We size it by camera count and list it separately in the quote.
Every alert is stored with the frame that triggered it. You flag false alerts, and the threshold adjusts for that camera. It calibrates to the site's conditions.
We do not use facial recognition. The system does not identify people. It only sees behavior and equipment. This is deliberate and reduces legal burden and objections.
